Bask Announces 4th Annual Arbor Day Celebration with Community donation of 1,000 trees

The “Free Trees” event will be held May 1st and Continues Bask’s Commitment to the Environment and Community

FAIRHAVEN, MA – April 25th, 2021 – Bask, Inc. (“Bask”), a locally owned cannabis dispensary in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, has announced plans for their 4th annual Arbor Day event. The event will be held at Bask’s adult-use and medical dispensary on Saturday, May 1st, 2021 from 10am to 7pm at 2 Pequod Road in Fairhaven, MA.
“This will be our fourth ‘Free Trees’ event since opening Bask in 2018 and will be our biggest yet,” explains Bask CEO, Chapman Dickerson. “Our goal is to give away 1,000 blue spruce tree seedlings this year and we welcome everyone in the community to take one home to plant.”
Tree seedlings will be available in the parking lot outside the company’s Fairhaven dispensary for contactless pickup. There is no purchase necessary to pick up a free tree seedling.

“As a company, we are committed to sustainable practices and reducing our carbon footprint is important. Getting 1,000 trees in the ground is a great benefit to the environment and a fun way to get the community engaged in the process,” says Dickerson.
Bask’s purchase of the seedlings from the Massachusetts Tree Wardens Association contributes to the association’s annual scholarship fund.

Bask has been serving registered medical patients at the Fairhaven dispensary since 2018. The multi-award-winning cannabis dispensary, cultivator, and manufacturer was named Best Dispensary in 2019 by south coast residents and recently expanded its cannabis retail operations in Fairhaven with the addition of recreational sales to adults 21 and older.
