Acushnet man charged with third OUI Sunday night in New Bedford

At 8:45 pm on Sunday, New Bedford police officers arrested 54-year old Scott Ellis of Acushnet for OUI-Liquor near the Care One building on Fitzgerald Drive in the north end of New Bedford.

According to police logs, this will be his third OUI charge.
