The City of New Bedford is currently accepting applications for the 2015 Summer Employment Program.

Positions are available in the Kennedy Summer Day Program, Summer Food Service Program/Parks & Playgrounds, and Beach Operations.

To view the complete job list and download an employment application, please visit our website at www.newbedford-ma.gov. Applications are also available at the Dept. of Parks, Recreation & Beaches, 181 Hillman St., Bldg. #3, 1st Floor; or Personnel Dept., City Hall, 133 William St., Room 212.

Applications must be returned directly to the Dept. of Parks Recreation & Beaches no later than May 1, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. The City of New Bedford has a residency requirement. EEO/ADA

**Applicants must possess American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard, Community First Aid and Safety, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED** To download an employment application, please visit our website at www.newbedford-ma.gov. Applications are also available at the Dept. of Parks, Recreation & Beaches, 181 Hillman St., Bldg. #3, 1st Floor; or Personnel Dept., City Hall, 133 William St., Room 212.

Applications must be returned directly to the Dept. of Parks Recreation & Beaches no later than May 1st, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. The City of New Bedford has a residency requirement, which may be waived in special circumstances. EEO/ADA
