Whaling Museum accepting interested Vendors and Dealers for 5th Annual Antiques Show during 26th Scrimshaw Weekend

5th Annual Nautical Antiques Show: Friday, May 16th, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Join the New Bedford Whaling Museum for an exclusive, high quality sale of marine antiques, scrimshaw, nautical instruments and tools, whaling logbooks, ship models, photos, paintings, prints, New Bedford memorabilia and much more. The Show will kick of the Museum’s 26th Scrimshaw Weekend, a three day forum devoted to the whalers’ indigenous occupational art of scrimshaw.

The Antiques Show runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Museum’s Jacobs Family Gallery. Admission to the show is $5 and is free of charge for Museum members, Scrimshaw Weekend attendees, and with daily admission to the Museum. Click here to buy tickets to the show.

We have expanded the floor space for this year’s show. If you are a dealer or vendor interested in bringing your antiques or merchandise to the show, there is still time to register! Items may include marine antiques, scrimshaw, nautical instruments and tools, whaling logbooks, ship models, photos, paintings, prints, and New Bedford memorabilia. No reproductions.
