Police are investigating after a 32-year-old Taunton woman was robbed in a parking lot on Coggeshall Street and Belleville Avenue Monday.
She had parked her car and was headed across the street to a nearby restaurant when she was approached by two males, one of whom was standing behind her vehicle.
She described one of the men as a white male, about 20-25, thin, about 5’ 7’’ tall and 170 pounds. He was wearing a blue puffy jacket.
The other man was described as a black male about 20-25, 6’1’’, 160 pounds, thin, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and a black winter hat. He was wielding a knife and demanded that she give him all her money.
He took a small amount of cash before the men fled on foot through Garfield Street.
No injuries were reported. The incident was reported at 4:52 p.m.
