19-year old Massachusetts man pulled over by New Hampshire State Police going 121 mph

“On Saturday, October 29, 2022, #Troopers from the Special Enforcement Unit concentrated on reducing speed and other hazardous driving behavior on Interstate 95.

At approximately 7:25 AM, Trooper First Class Ball observed a black BMW coupe traveling at 121mph along I-95 South in Greenland. Trooper First Class Ball radioed to Trooper First Class LaPointe who was also in the area.

Trooper First Class LaPointe also observed this same vehicle traveling in excess of 100mph. The vehicle was stopped in North Hampton where the operator was identified as Jake Marley, 19, of Boxford, MA.

Marley was subsequently summonsed for Reckless Operation and is due to appear in the 10th Circuit – District Division – Portsmouth Court on December 19, 2022.

The #NHSP Special Enforcement Unit regularly interdicts elevated speed violations and other aggressive driving behaviors. Members of the unit patrol across the state often utilizing the State Police aircraft during commuter traffic periods and holiday travel times with the goal of keeping New Hampshire’s roadways safe for all residents and visitors.” -New Hampshire State Police.
