19 Things To Do This Weekend (March 16 – March 18)

image_pdfimage_print

Let’s do the good news first: no blizzard or bombogenesis is forecasted. Guess what? Not even snow or rain is being predicted. That’s the good news. The “bad” news, and it’s not really that bad, is that it’ll be pretty frigid. We won’t break above 39 degrees as a high temperature and the overnight lows will be generally, in the teens. Add in the wind chill factor and it’ll feel like it’s in the singles. Just a reminder since we’ve had a few close calls this winter – be sure to have an inexpensive, life saving carbon monoxide detector and test the batteries. Enjoy your weekend!

As always, click on the title for more or detailed information on the event. Most of the events were pulled from our event calendar where you can find hundreds of local area events each month. The event calendar is FREE, so if you are a local business, and not taking advantage of FREE publicity, shame on you! Are you a local business and want to sponsor this high traffic, weekend guide? Now tattered and frayed, its imperfections become intentional and humbly individualize themselves, reflecting personal experiences, conquests over the horizon, and even moments of vulnerability. They echo, “We are sailors and we come from the sea.” Read more by clicking the event title. Groundwork, 1213 Purchase St., New Bedford.
