AHA! Night at New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park

As the weather becomes cooler and holiday parties near, even 19th century ladies begin to think about the latest fashions.

Join Ruth and Abby, the national park’s 1850s ladies, as they discuss fashions of their day on AHA! (Art, History, Architecture) night, October 9, from 6:00-8:00 PM. You can even make your own paper dolls. This month’s theme is Reap as You Sow, but for the ladies, it’s Sew as you Reap! The event takes place at New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park’s visitor center, 33 William Street, downtown New Bedford. As always, the event is open to all, and admission is free.
