April Staycation with the Seaport Cultural District at the RJD! (10:00am-4:00pm)
Visit the RJD for some fun with your children during April vacation week. Young visitors can take a scavenger hunt throughout the museum, searching in the nooks of this 184 year-old house for clues. Students receive free admission all week. Their adult companions pay $6 admission.

Mass Attack Roller Derby Season Opener vs. Hartford Area Roller Derby (5:10pm-9:30pm)
Mass Attack Roller Derby, Southeastern Massachusett’s premiere all-female, flat track roller derby league, is ready to crash into their 2018 season. This double-header season-opening event is sure to be double the fierceness and double the fun! The night will open with an attack from our Mass Attack All Stars against Hartford Area Roller Derby’s Hartford Wailers, followed by a minimum of 40 whacks from The Bloody Bordens versus The Beat City Bedrockers.

2018 International Portuguese Music Awards at the Z (7:00pm)
The International Portuguese Music Awards (IPMA) is an annual award show recognizing outstanding achievement in the music industry by artists of Portuguese ancestry. The award show also features performances by prominent artists and is televised online and on various media outlets. Awards are handed out in multiple categories and the two New Talent finalists perform live.

The recipients of the 2018 IPMA Lifetime Achievement Award, from Portugal, will be Xutos e Pontapés, widely considered the country’s top rock band with a career spanning almost 40 years. Their songs have become some of the biggest anthems in Portuguese rock history.
