The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing offering programs in January

COPING WITH GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP: “The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing,” located at 351 Elm Street in Dartmouth, is offering a 6-week grief support group, “Coping with Grief” from 11:00AM-12:30PM on Mondays beginning January 25, 2016. This grief support group is for anyone who is experiencing grief due to the death of a spouse/partner, parent, adult child, family member or close friend. This group will be a safe and supportive place for you to receive education on the grief process, to share your experience of loss with others who are in a similar situation and to move toward healing and hope in a confidential and supportive environment. This support group is free of charge and is open to anyone in the community. Pre-registration is required by calling The Bridge at 508-997-0903.


INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION WORKSHOP: “The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing,” located at 351 Elm Street in Dartmouth, will offer a special workshop, “Introduction to Meditation” on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at 351 Elm Street, Dartmouth. The presenter will be Sr. Madeleine Tacy, OP, D.Min. This workshop will help people to focus on living in the present moment and will help those who feel overwhelmed and anxious achieve inner peace. Pre-registration is required by calling “The Bridge” at 508.997.0903.
