New Bedford Guide Your Guide to New Bedford and South Coast, MA
People will be gathering at 8am (Voc Tec High School Parking lot) and start walking at 9am to Ft. Tabor in the south end for the upcoming Suicide Awareness Walk on September 27, 2014. The event is completely FREE.
The Greater New Bedford Suicide Prevention Coalition was formed in June 2013 and is formed together by 30 local organizations. They offer training opportunities to prevent suicide and have a network to get people the help they may need.
