Meet Chris. He panhandles on the corner of Union and County Streets. He says he is will to work for $10/hr and has his own tools. Chris says he was stranded because his girlfriend of 20 years gave him a few days notice that they were losing their apartment and it took him two weeks to get the courage to wear a sign and panhandle.
