Individual is responsible for all initial calls in an estate planning law firm, including the intake process and providing clarity to clients as to how the estate planning process will unfold.
Job requirements include: follow up with clients to make sure each step in the process is running smoothly, that firm has the information we need to complete the process and to address any client concerns.
Position also includes closing cases at the end of the matter and following up with clients to obtain input regarding their experience.
Person must be friendly, patient and have the ability to convey a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
- $15/hour
- 40 hours per week (8-5, unpaid 1 hour lunch)
- After introductory 90 day period
