ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER $33,745 – $42,433
COMMUNITY SERVICES

Assist with the Department’s delivery of constituent benefits services and consumer aid programs. Prepares program and marketing materials. Mediates consumer complaints through the Attorney General’s Local Consumer Program. Mediates court, community and housing complaints through the Attorney General’s Face-to- Face Mediation Program. Facilitates community education team meetings. Provides program support to Elder Mobile Outreach Team and Fresh Start Program clients, including scheduling, data collection and reports required by funder(s). Performs all other duties as determined by Supervisor.

High school graduate or GED equivalent, two years of college, Bachelor’s degree preferred; Court mediation certification required; 3+ years of mediation experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a good driving record. Mandatory Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
