The exhibition ran January 16-February 7. Sabrina won an honorable mention for her piece “Process” at the EYA UMass Dartmouth exhibition.

The EYA Exhibition recognized the exceptional merit of high school art students from twenty high school art programs in Massachusetts. The participating schools were invited to be part of the exhibition based on their long-term commitment to art education demonstrated by the quality of work that comes from their art programs. The art teachers from these high schools were asked to select artwork in any media (drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, video, printmaking, etc.) from five of their best students to be included in this group exhibition.

Bishop Stang will also be hosting its annual Visual Arts Night on Thursday, March 19 from 6pm-8pm to highlight these works and others as well as a focus on those going to art school after graduation.
