The Schwartz Center for Children has just kicked off its ‘Walk With Us’ online fundraising campaign, and will hold their symbolic 26th annual Walk, to be held rain or shine, on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Fort Taber in New Bedford, MA. The 3.5-mile loop around Fort Taber starts at 8:30 a.m. with check-in and family-friendly activities and music to follow. The Walk start time is 9:30 a.m., after a few words from New Bedford’s Mayor.
